Jessica Chan joined Hayes Hunter PC in 2021 as an Associate Attorney. Prior to Hayes Hunter PC, Jessica worked as an associate attorney for a Houston law firm focusing on real estate litigation, business disputes and intellectual property registrations.
Jessica graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and obtained her Master of Law degree specializing in intellectual property and information law from the University of Houston.
As a student, Jessica served as the managing editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and published an article titled, "The Change Needed to Protect Consumer Privacy from 'Always On' Devices". She is a recipient of the Merit Plus Scholarship and the Cali Award for Entertainment and Media Law.
