A client-centered approach
We believe effective legal representation isn’t just about knowing the law. It’s about building a strong partnership with each client. That means:
We listen first
Your goals drive the strategy
Before we recommend anything, we learn what a good outcome looks like for you: a closed deal, a clean title, a judgment you can collect, or a dispute that’s simply over.
Direct access
Experienced attorneys on your matter
You work directly with experienced counsel who knows your file, not a rotating cast of junior associates.
Clear communication
No surprises
We explain options, risks, costs and timelines in plain language and keep you updated as your matter moves forward.
What we do
Our practice is organized around three areas, with real estate at the center:
- Real estate law: quiet title, partition, deed and contract disputes, mechanic’s liens, construction disputes, commercial leases, broker and disclosure claims, easements, adverse possession and HOA matters, plus purchase contracts and closings.
- Business litigation and transactions: breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud and fiduciary duty, trademark and trade secrets, and the contracts and formation documents that help prevent disputes.
- Other services: recovery of denied and underpaid property insurance claims, and estate planning and probate.
Experience that shows up in results
Our attorneys have handled matters from Harris County courtrooms to the United States Supreme Court, including complex, multi-party litigation across the country. Recent results include nearly $650,000 in damages for breach of a business sale agreement, a federal court ruling invalidating an unfair penalty clause that saved a client more than $250,000, and a nearly $500,000 fire insurance recovery after two prior firms couldn’t break the stalemate. Past results don’t guarantee future outcomes, but they show how we prepare.
